HR Operations Specialist- PB1- Wuhan, China Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for the delivery of multiple wing-to-wing processes through effective relationships with the internal customers and external suppliers. As the on-site HR partner to provide HR daily supports, including but not limiting to execute payroll, staffing new jobs, people onboarding & off boarding, HR system and tool maintenance and employee consultations. For the responding to employee and HR service ticket requests, direct entry, and processing of transactions into HR systems, and management of escalations and questions. This will include developing an in-depth, wing-to-wing knowledge of company HR operations systems & processes, identifying, and resolving operational issues, and supporting or driving process improvements and other initiatives. Promote “Best in Class” service while working cross functionally with internal teams and suppliers. Essential Responsibilities: • Manage HR operations for assigned business and team metrics delivery, including: - As the key owner to ensure monthly payroll delivery with vendor, including run the payroll report, audit data accuracy, feedback improvement plan to vendor, answer business questions. - Partner with biz HR to facilitate onsite interviews/people engagement activities/training. - Be local HR advisor to communicate HR ongoing delivery, changes, provide value-added consultation and services. - Prevent, mitigate HR risk and compliance issues in daily job on site via raise out the issues at early stage. - Lead of facilitate employment transaction based on defined operations processes to ensure quality delivery & compliance, including pre-onboarding & onboarding, 1st day introduction, exit process, contract renew, internal transfer, promotion, and other relevant transactions. - Proactively seek partner/customer feedback to identify areas for process improvement, standardization, and productivity within assigned process. • Participate global, country, and Ops team initiated projects, e.g. E-tool enhancement, process/ system review, employee events, etc. • Answer queries and other ad hoc requests with professionalism. Qualifications/Requirements • Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resources, law or related • Minimum 2 years related HR operations, payroll experience, and project management experience is a plus • Detail oriented and strong execution ability • Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges • High energy level with strong customer service mindset & can do attitude • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills • Fluent English in both verbal and written • Good command of PC skills Desired Characteristics • Fluency in local language and English, with professional verbal & written communication skills • Experience of a HR or Operations process ownership role in a fast-paced, customer- oriented environment within a large organization • Demonstrated organizational skills, high standard of accuracy, an attention to detail, and excellent follow-up skills • Proficient IT skills including Excel, Word and Outlook • Experience establishing and maintaining fully collaborative supplier relationships. • Self-starter who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision. • Collaborates with others to solve issues. Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges. • Solid analytical skills including the ability to identify trends and implement process improvements. • Effective interpersonal skills; proven ability to develop and maintain team and client relationships, both in immediate and remote contexts • Comfortable delivering against quantitative and qualitative performance metrics.
