职位介绍: Job Objective工作目标:  In charge of full costing control scope (budget, production cost, overheads, WC, capex and ad hoc analysis), covering both all MZ entities, including production sites and service centers.)  In charge of cash flow management to secure the operation.  Consolidation in HSS and SSH level for management reports, i.e. monthly closing, budgets, plan, etc.  Enhancement of the internal control competences/process, assist the management in new business modeling and coordinate the controlling function Job Responsibilities工作职责:  Responsible on costing controls for MZ site, close follow up on production spending, fixed overheads, claims, capex, working capital, etc, propose to management in all cost saving areas and actions  Lead monthly CO closing, budget and plan  Control of budget by using standard cost and deep analysis on variances on a monthly basis  Responsible of the accounting and financial reports for legal entities in Meizhou  Perform Inventory control, evaluation, physical inventory  Responsible of the tax related matter  Support the year end audit related to accounting and tax  Perform ad hoc analysis related to business modeling  Support commercial team with standard cost, variance and cost benchmarks.  Improve continuously CO/FI modules in ERP system, lead and training team members for continuous improvement of costing knowledge  Ensure timely update of procedures related to internal control for Finance department.  Responsible for internal control related tasks for MZ sites (excl. commercial part)  Training and coaching the team, including new scopes if any Job Requirements工作要求 - Education学历: Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics - Work experience工作经验:  Above 8 years related working experience - Professional Skill专业技能：  FINANCE & accounting related knowledge (Chinese GAAP and IFRS)  Advanced knowledge on ERP usage, in particular for finance and controlling models.  Good on Office, in particular for Excel.  Internal control understanding - Language语言: English: English: CET-6 （Fluent in spoken and written English） - Computer skill计算机技能:  Excellent at Excel  Advanced knowledge on ERP, SAP experience is a plus  Normal of other computer skill (e.g. Word, PowerPoint) - Personality 个性要求:  Professional and attentive  Independent and autonomy  Able to working under pressure, ensure the deadlines  Good communication and management skill  Integrity
