职位介绍: 欧美独资化工企业，新建工厂新增岗位岗位职责：全面主持工厂运营管理：负责新建项目，前期中期后期，工艺，生产、计划、仓库、质量、工程维修部门。有丰富的新建工厂和规模化后的工厂运营持续化精益改进经验工作内容： 1. 生产运营：主持编制工厂全年预算，通过优化组织架构、精益生产、明确各岗位职责、绩效考核体系等措施，加强成本管控，达成生产运营指标和良性运作 2. 质量管理：通过梳理并优化现有质量管理体系、筹建实验室、与台湾团队搭建合作实验室、新品研发阶段导入的前期质量策划、组织品质培训， 3. PMC管理：依据销售预测，采用风险物料备料+常规物料依据订单滚动备料、定义产品生命周期，确保供需平衡及成本最大化，实施逆向物流管理和循环盘点， 4. 精益生产：建立5S、合理化建议小组、目视化小组、人才培训与提高小组，通过精益生产项目推进，协同外部咨询机构，优化生产作业流程， 5. 成本管控：通过持续改善，加强智慧化能源管理、硬件改造、升级老旧设备等方式，达到合理用电目的。同时优化产品包装等措施，在原材料、物流、仓储和能耗方面。 6. 双碳绿色节能等其他各方面管理。 7. 人才培养：通过组织培训、跨部门人才培养，建立职业阶梯晋升通道等措施，打造创新型+学习型团队。任职资格 1.英文流利，跨国外企背景，具备直接全球会议的场景化经验 2.10年以上制造业背景工厂管理背景，有化工、日化行业经验 3.项目管理推动能力，multiple task 解决能力，善于处理复杂case，有过新建，并购整合工厂经验加分; 4.团队管理能力，影响力强； 5.Strategic & hands on，目标明确，结果导向 6.擅长Lean/6 Sigma,有WCM项目经验优先考虑 PURPOSE / MISSION 1. Full accountability on Start Up of green field plant. 2. Long-term capacity management on planning, scheduling, optimization. 3. Implementation of GMP standards and overall accountable for the on-site audits from customer and authorities. 4. Implementation of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, etc. 5. Develop organization to be the global benchmark on system, implementation and results. 6. Continuously improvements on value creation and capability building. 7. Build best-in-class operation standard on operations and fundamentals. MAIN TASKS 1. Participate CHINA Supply Chain top management committee. 2. Lead site start up, scale up and RAMP up. 3. Overall manage the on-site systems and activities, i.e: customer audit, SA8000, ISO22000, GMP, etc. 4. Overall responsible and accountable on production, throughputs, quality, safety, compliance, operation expense, delivery, operation standard and system, morale. 5. Directly develop budgets and approve expenditures for manufacturing supplies and human resources, ensure that labor and equipment are used efficiently to meet production targets. Be in charge of cost controlling and saving projects in manufacturing. 6. Implement and cascade down company policy, participate in defining and updating policy as well 7. Implementation of operation fundamentals: Compliance, Quality and Safety. Drive quality, safety and compliance culture and improvements, including root cause analysis and corrective action plan development, implementations. Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems 8. Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staffs, and resolves personnel grievances. Coach staffs in manufacturing organization to develop an effective and efficient team. 9. Be influential improvements leaders on supply Chain service delivery, inventory reduction and agilities to customer’s requirements. 10. Responsible for the process control strategy towards best in class unit cost, productivities and reliability. PREVIOUS PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES 1. More than 8 years working experience as production manager. Preferred experience in foods industry or fine chemical industry manufacturing management. 2. Solid executional experience on Start Up management and ramp up management. Preferred experience on Greenfield start up. COMPETENCIES - Proactive leadership on organization building, standard development and value creation. - Strong communication and cooperation capability. - Strong learning capability. - Operational discipline and production agility. - Solid knowledge on Supply Chain functional operation and SAP system.
