职位介绍: Role and Responsibilities You are expected to: o Own start to finish manufacturing process of PCBA, electronic components, connectors and enclosure from specification to design, prototype, reliability validation and high-volume manufacturing o Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, software, and system engineers in manufacturing power electronics, PCBA assembly process and system integration to successfully design cost effective design to meet the customer requirements o Own the detail manufacturing line layout design and assembly of mechanical components, systems and assemblies including plastics, sheet metal, die casting, heat management, insulation systems, PCBAs, high voltage connectors, fasteners, power electronic, thermal interface material, and sealing o Develops and implements automation production and tooling methodologies to ensure product quality excellent o Lead and implement manufacturing plan with work instructions o Collaborate with suppliers to insure manufacturing process capability matches requirements o Support internal and external customer technical communications o Ensure customer specific requirements. Basic (Required) Qualifications o Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent technical field from an accredited institution o A minimum of three (3) years manufacturing experience with automotive electronic products manufacturing engineering experience o Strong communication skills that translate the benefits of technical decisions in your field to colleagues, management, and other stakeholders, including customers o Experience with PFMEA and manufacturing process and automation assembly o APQP/PPAP knowledge for automotive
