职位介绍
1.Design and integrate the core business process of SSC. Monitor the efficiency of the process, optimize and adjust regularly; 2.Formulate and implement HR related policies, including but not limited to compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, labor contract management, etc.; 3. Upgrade HR data analysis practice to provide data support for the business, HR team, etc.; 4. Act as the key representative for HRIS on all HRIS initiatives, interface with other systems, projects and communications; 5. Work together with HRBP team for training program design and delivery; 6. Lead and coach the SSC team, ensure the timely and accurate work of team members, and continuously improve the service level; Requirements: 1.Fluent English both in spoken and written 2.10 years+ working experience in Human Resources 3.Familiar with all modules of human resources management 4.Have practical experiences in compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relationship;Experience in training program rollout is a plus 5.Have certain knowledge and experience in HR data processing and management 6.3 years+ SSC operation management experience is preferred
