- 职责描述： 1.Be responsible for swine products management, set up and develop the short-term, middle-term and long-term brand strategy; 2.Ensure that the product's strategy fits for the market by communicating with MM/KA team/ Veterinary services to align the products’ strategy; 3.Construct and implement the brand products by organizing actions, tactics and priorities; 4.Coordinate with the Sales, e-Retails, Technical Service to commit the sales achievement to be met. 任职要求： Education • Veterinary master degree, marketing expertise will be an advantage; Relevant working experience: • 3-year product management experience in Animal Health Industry, swine experience will be an advantage; • Good business acumen and marketing intelligence • Good project management knowledge and skills • Strong capabilities in data analysis and digitalization • Strong abilities in translation of technical advantages into customer benefits • Good influencing skills and self-motivated • Willing to take challenge and learning agility Language • Fluent English and mother tongue in Mandarin; PC Skills: • Solid computer skill in work, excel and power-point
