- 职责描述： 1.In a team of typically ~3-5 consultants, you will shape and drive end-to-end digital transformations across business, technology, process and people, creating value by reinventing the core of our client's businesses. 2.You will work as a typical consultant, with a strong passion for digital. This work includes gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations. You’ll also have the opportunity to present results to client management and implement recommendations in collaboration with client team members. 3.You will receive exceptional training as well as frequent coaching and mentoring from your team. This support includes a Partner assigned to you to help guide your career as well as formal training throughout your career. Additionally, you'll receive guidance and support from our Partners and professional development team in the selection of client projects, helping you to develop your skills and build your network. 任职要求： 1.Undergraduate degree with outstanding record of academic achievement is required. 2.Minimum of 4 years of work experience after completing your undergraduate degree, with functional knowledge or passion in Digital Technology, eCommerce, IT strategy consulting, etc. 3.Demonstrated aptitude for analytics. 4.Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities. 5.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment 6.Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization 7.Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively 8.Fluency in both English and Mandarin
