- A Custom Silicon Project Manager in ASIC BU is responsible for end-to-end ownership of customer-driven ASIC solutions. They lead the most complex, advanced projects in the industry and work with the largest players in the technology world. This is a high-visibility role and regular interaction with senior executives and technical leaders both internal to Marvell and at customers should be expected. Key responsibilities include: 1.Development and management of program plans and schedules 2.Coordination across Marvell internal stakeholders to drive program execution 3.Ownership of internal and external communication at both technical and executive levels Business ownership (P&L) of programs during development 4.In addition, the Project Manager is a leader within the broader Marvell team, serving as the "Customer Champion" within Marvell to drive key needs and resolve issues. A strong collaborative mindset and a willingness to tackle any problem will be a tremendous asset for any candidate. 任职要求： 1.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields and 10-15 years of related professional experience. Master’s degree and/or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields with 5-10 years of experience. 2.Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) Preferred Qualifications: 1.Strong background in the semiconductor industry 2.2+ years experience with project management in the semiconductor industry 3.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 4.Experience with customer communication, especially around issue management 5.Team leadership or previous management experience
