This position will take lead in the whole MINI Spotlight LP product lines marketing activities, including but not limited to launch management incl. launch strategy, advertising, social content marketing, launch event, etc. What awaits you? - Develop marketing startegy, marketing guideline of MINI BEV/Spotlight CV & LP launches for MINI central, regions and dealers - Plan & execute 360 marketing activity of MINI BEV/Spotlight CV & LP launches - Constant hand raiser collection of MINI BEV/Spotlight CV & LP - Coordinate and guide regions and dealers about MINI BEV/Spotlight CV & LP marketing activities - Work closely with product, sales, training, PR, aftersales, fleet sales departments, develop and execute yearly marketing plan of MINI BEV/Spotlight CV & LP Qualifications and experience. - Bachelor’s degree, preferably with marketing and/or communication subjects as majors; - Excellent learning capability and wiliness to constantly learn new things - Good entrepreneurship spirit - Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, proficiency in English - Knowledge of marketing and project management - Willingness to travel - At least 5-7 years marketing experience in multinational companies, ideally with automotive background or premium brands You are ready to join the most fun team and ready to light your inspiration?
