职责描述: 此职位属于东区海运,负责海运销售业务,开发宁波、杭州或温州区域的货代客户资源。 通过陌拜等形式积极开发货代行业直客包括制造业/汽车/电子/消费品行业,等等。 有客户资源或者海运直客开发销售背景优先考虑。 工作地点可选择浙江地区:宁波、杭州、嘉兴、温州等。 职位要求: 大专以上物流相关专业。 需要货代/物流以及相关行业背景3年以上经验(海运优先),能够积极主动跟进公司的BD leads,促成签约。 福利待遇:一年13薪+五险一金+业绩奖励+带薪年假+每月员工活动+高档舒适的办公环境 KPI: 海运提成按UNIT(Teu)计算,阶梯式考核,具体面议。 空运提成按吨计算(阶梯式考核)。 2 General Description Independently drive business in cooperation with local sales support and operation. Acquire business from new customers, develop new business and maintain relationship with existing customers to achieve sales goal for the sales territory, Hangzhou or Ningbo. 3 Specific Accountabilities · Identify Ocean and other products i.e Air Land and Logistics business opportunities in the respective sales territory. · Gain business with new customers (close the deal!) and additional business with existing clients. · ‘Own’ your customers and maintain/strengthen customer relationship. · Provide quotations and business solution support to your customers. · Know your clients, their industries, market potentials, competitors. · Do frequent customer visits (customer penetration) to ensure positive market visibility. · Align with KAM/RDM and PM on the respective strategies. · Create sales leads for overseas. · Ensure TWNS system is always updated according to TWNS SOP. · Coordinate the resolution of business issued with stakeholders. · Ensure agreed DSO/overdue levels are in control; manage credit applications for own clients. · Actively communicate to clients & internal stakeholders on all customer related topics. · Maintain Sales Pipeline & CRM system · Achieve agreed GP based on regional targets · Achieve 30 Sales Calls per week · Achieve other Individual target defined by subregional sales managers 4 Skills Required · Knowledge of Ocean Freight Forwarding · Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin 5 Experience and Qualifications · Minimum college degree · Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in the industry · Analytical skills to solve complex problems · Strong writing and oral communication skills · Advanced experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio) · Fluent business Chinese and good English knowledge (oral and written) required · Be able to travel frequently within the territory of Hangzhou. 6 Core Competences · Target and Result focus · Experience to work in a demanding intercultural environment
