职位介绍: Objective of Job Responsible for ADAS related product hardware architecture, and key components selection; schematic design and layout in case in house development; Conduct hardware architecture and design review for relevant parts suppliers, participate in performance acceptance problem analysis and solution introduction; Write relevant hardware design SPEC,responsible for circuit simulation and WCA, hardware FMEA; Follow company product development process, responsible for the electrical development activities of product whole life cycle Task description * Person in Charge responsibility for China ADAS ECU * Clarification of the China ADAS ECU requirements within the Mercedes-Benz organization, e.g. upper system, functional safety, backend responsibles, NTG-projects, E/E-integration, regulation etc.. * Alignment with the supplier on the Mercedes-Benz requirements and supplier solutions. * Supplier management and maturity managementof the China ADAS ECU and its implementation plan to ensure the development meets the overall system timeline. * Ensure the maturity level of the China ADAS ECU * China ADAS ECU relevant documentation and committee meetings * Organizing and joining the China ADAS ECU relevant committee meetings and ensure that the information are communicated also to the team (multiplier). * Documenting of the China ADAS ECU relevant information/requirements timely and completely into the Mercedes-Benz tools when necessary (e.g. DOORS, EPDM, EDLS, Dialog etc.) * Innovation * Monitoring of market trend and new technologies * When necessary create demonstrations, prototyps or Proof of Concepts to show functionality of the new technology * keep Daimler technologically competitive * Cross function and cross team support * compliance Qualification Education • Master degree in electronic/eltectro-technic, computer science or similar course of studies • Fluent English and Chinese is mandatory; German language knowledge is an advantage Experience * Minimum 5 years working experience at an internet company, OEM or OEM supplier for ADAS project Electrical Design on mainstream SOC platforms, such as NXP, Qualcomm, Huawei, Mobileye EQ, Horizon. * Deep understanding of ADAS Hardware Architecture is required * Master ECAD tools such as Candence, Mentor Graphics Xpedition, and be proficient in using hardware circuit simulation software Specific Knowledge • Expert knowledge in component development for automotive industry • Ability to drive the problem-solving process self-contained with high degree of persistence and patience • Be familiar with CAN, LIN, Most, Vehicle Ethernet and other buses, and skillfully use Canoe, Canalyzer and other tools for signal analysis • Excellent communication and organisational skills • Willingness to travel inside China and abroad • Open personality
