Job purpose: ? Maintain and improve site EHS&S system, legal compliance, daily EHS&S operation and lab operation to maintain and optimize a safe, compliant, attractive and efficient workplace Key challenges (in first 6 – 12m): ? Toucher and toucher EHS supervision environment ? Dynamic EHS&S regulation and requirements ? Diversity of people safety awareness and behavior of Technology people, Operation people and contractors ? Diversity of local government, company, local leaders’ expectation for EHS Core Responsibilities: 1. EHS&S of individual a. Responsible for site legal compliance, EHS&S b. Action site emergency response head c. 5S/safety Area owner for responsible area (site gates rooms, DG warehouse, Industry waste store area, Can compression room) d. Legal compliance and safety Accountable for responsible vendor and their activities in site (like site guards, waste treatment on-site people) 2. Budget a. Planning, execution, tracking, analysis, control and optimization of site EHS&S , lab operation budget 3. Site EHS a. Government and external party interaction on legal compliance and EHS&S issues b. Global and AP EHS&S networking i. Serve as the champion for rolling out Corporate and Regional EHS initiatives and continual improvement objectives to the local level c. EHS Operation i. Leadership: 1. CSC, safety subcommittee management 2. Site EHS&S goals setting, tracking, communication and improvement action ii. Legal compliance: maintain and optimize site legal compliance program 1. Legal regulation review process 2. Legal compliance matrix 3. Legal activities monitoring and action iii. Risk Assessment program iv. Training: 1. NEO Training 2. Monthly safety training for APTC people 3. Contractor safety training v. General safety: 1. RCI and ETQ management 2. Chemical management 3. MOC program including PSSR 4. Site Emergency response program vi. Fire safety vii. Occupation Health viii. Environment: Management of site air emission, waste water, DG waste, and noise ix. Construction safety: safety work permit program, x. On-site contractor safety xi. Audits 1. Monthly legal compliance review 2. Monthly CSC cross audit 3. 1st party audit (internal audit for critical EHS process) and correction/preventative action follow-up xii. Management review 1. Monthly CSC meeting xiii. Communication 1. EHS&S SharePoint management 2. Safety promotion program 4. Lab Operation & Material management a. Waste disposal program b. Lab supply and PPE c. Site Chemical inventory and compliance d. DG warehouse management e. Chemical material receiving and distribution f. Regulated chemical material management g. SAP agent service (especial for chemical material, Lab supply/PPE purchase) 5. Waste water treatment station operation a. Daily operation and compliance management b. System/equipment Inspection, maintenance 6. Other tasks assigned by line manager KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS: (Requirements to do the job, and qualifications) Experience: ? Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering (safety, chemical, mechanic/electrical….) or Science is MUST ? At least 5 years’ experience of site EHS&S from MNC environment Knowledge & Skills (functional competences and capabilities): ? Familiar with Office software, like word, excel, PowerPoint ? Strong communication skills, Interacts easily with all employee levels. ? Good command in both written and spoken English. ? Smart, efficient working attitude; Able to work under pressure. ? High efficiency, sense of responsibility and team player ? Demonstrated improvements leveraging Six Sigma tools, and GB and BB will be plus
