- As the Site HRBP at Honeywell UOP Zhangjiagang, you will play a critical role managing the HR function at the site. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, programs, and initiatives that support the overall business objectives and drive employee engagement and productivity. You will report directly to our HR Director In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the organization by shaping the culture, attracting and retaining top talent, and driving continuous improvement in HR practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of HR solutions. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement HR strategies, programs, and initiatives aligned with business objectives • Drive employee engagement and productivity through effective talent management, performance management, and employee development programs • Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR guidance and support • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations • Manage employee relations and resolve complex HR issues • Lead and manage HR projects and initiatives You Must Have • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRBP roles • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws • Excellent communication skills • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels • Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events We Value • Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment • Experience with lean manufacturing principles • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
