Who you are: Responsible for formulating and executing a sales strategy for the China Mainland and Hong Kong area of responsibility of Alfa Laval HGS Marine Service Portfolios in accordance with the assigned targets and Alfa Laval China service divisional strategy and targets.  Responsible for leading, developing and securing a high performing sales team in line with the Alfa Laval culture. No Sales Managers reporting to them. Need to be People Managers. You will be the manager of a team in our HGS external sales team.  About the job: Lead the activities of Alfa Laval Heat & Gas system service external sales business (day-to-day operation within sales and order execution). Lead sales team to achieve the sales targets, secure the profitably and executed and market shares etc. To develop and maintain customers, search and collect market information in marine and shipping industry, understand the customer needs and provide solutions. Define sales strategy and plans for your customers, based on AL Marine Service strategy. Coordinate with sales colleagues in China, technical team and inside sales for the daily business.  Maintain customer database and manage the customer payment situation, chase A/R. What you know:  Technical background as Marine Engineer or higher 10+ years’ work in the maritime industry  Experience from sales or service in the Marine Industry Experience and knowledge on boiler business is an advantage. Good contact with China Mainland shipping companies is a clear advantage. Good marketing judgment, strong consciousness of market competition leadership & management skills. Technical oriented, fast learner with good interpersonal communication.  Fluent written and spoken English; Cantonese language and advantage    Willing to travel.
