Brand Marketing – Dessert&Kiosk In addition to following McDonald’s policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:          Tactical Execution 1.    Assist in the development and implementation of a growth platform strategy    2.    Work closely with CBI team to identify relevant consumer and business insights for a strategically well-grounded marketing plan    3.    Work closely with the Ops / field marketing managers to identify the issues from their markets and help verify the solution they provided             Business Building 1.    Execute detailed plan and calendar to expand sales and achieve the assigned sales revenue goal    2.    Work with Finance department to continuously monitor price tiers and measure effectiveness of promotions   3.    Identify improvement opportunities during the process of executing marketing plan for a successful implementation of the Marketing plan and calendar 4.    Guide and monitor regional and local stores to execute the marketing plan with relevant activities while promoting products and services to enhance the brand image 5.    Provide regular business review to Manager and diagnose what’s working and what’s not working            Brand Building 1.    Ensure all marketing activities(calendar, pipeline) designed and implemented are uniquely own-able to McDonald’s    2.    Ensure consistent brand positioning, personality and tone of voice across all forms of marketing communications             Responsibilities 1.    Ensure in-time & quality campaign execution.    2.    Ensure consensus for the development of tactics from all relevant departments such as with-in Marketing, SCM, Operations, and Accounting.   3.    Ensure seamless communication with agencies and suppliers    4.    Establish a productive environment of partnership that encourages free exchange of ideas and innovations with the agencies     Requirements: 1.     Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant fields, fluency in Chinese and English  2.    Agile & creative, experience working with global and local advertising agencies. 3.    Strong marketing backgrounds, experience working for global brands. 4.    Passion for Dessert&Drink 5.    Digital/social native 6.    Great aesthetic sense 7.    Excellent oral communication and presentation skills 8.    Well time management, good sense of responsibility and working attitude 9.    Self-starter, proactive, taking ownership
