Your Purpose: The China Professional Development & Marketing Specialist, who reports to the China Market Development Manager, is responsible for supporting operations, marketing, and professional development within the SOA China office. 职责: 中国区职业发展与营销专员向中国区市场发展经理汇报,负责协助SOA中国办公室的运营、市场营销和职业发展 What You’ll Do: • Implement project plans for professional development events and content initiatives, collaborating with teams to distribute information efficiently and align with project goals. • Assist in the budget management, planning, and logistical execution of programs and events in China, following SOA policies and aiming for successful outcomes. • Travel to assigned seminars and symposia, conduct on-site responsibilities including verifying room set-ups, audio visual needs, monitor catering arrangements, manage on-site registration for presenters and attendees and troubleshoot. • Provide input, revise or develop, and document business processes for PD content development and delivery. • Implement project plans for university activities and events, establish contact with universities. • Support relationships with essential suppliers and partners, such as hotels and educational entities, to facilitate SOA's initiatives and enhance member experiences. • Execute and maintain China's social media strategy across platforms like WeChat and Weibo, including content scheduling, monitoring daily interactions, and engaging with the audience to boost brand visibility and reputation. • Coordinate email communications, ensuring the relevance of content and managing the frequency of distribution to maintain audience engagement. • Perform additional duties as needed. 工作内容: • 制定职业发展活动和内容计划,与团队合作高效传递信息,确保项目目标的一致性。 • 根据SOA政策,协助管理中国区项目和活动的预算、规划及后勤执行,力求取得成功的结果。 • 参加指定的研讨会和专题讨论会,现场负责包括检查房间设置、视听设备需求、监督餐饮安排、管理演讲者和与会者的现场注册,并处理突发情况。 • 参与制定、修订或开发,并记录职业发展内容开发和交付的业务流程。 • 制定大学活动和事件的项目计划,并与大学建立联系。 • 协助维护与重要供应商和合作伙伴(如酒店和教育机构)的关系,以促进SOA的倡议并增强会员体验。 • 贯彻并维护中国的社交媒体策略,涵盖微信和微博等平台,包括内容排期、监控每日互动,并与受众互动以提升品牌知名度和声誉。 • 协调电子邮件沟通,确保内容相关性,并控制发送频率,以维持受众的积极参与。 • 根据需要履行其他职责。  What You’ll Need: • Prioritizing multitasking and proactive problem-solving skills is essential. • Anticipate project needs, identifying and mitigating potential challenges before they impact the workflow. • Organize tasks effectively, maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail in all aspects of work. • Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills are essential, alongside the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, including volunteers and members. • Prioritize candidates who possess experience in social media management, demonstrating the ability to lead and innovate within online platforms. • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 5-7 years of relevant professional experience, with a preference for those who have worked in multinational or association environments. • Proficiency in using standard office equipment and specific computer software (Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required. • Prioritize someone with experience in organizing large-scale conferences and events. 需要具备的能力: • 优先考虑具备多任务处理和主动解决问题能力的人。。 • 预测项目需求,提前识别并解决潜在挑战,避免影响工作流程。 • 有效组织任务,在工作各方面保持保密性和注重细节。 • 拥有优秀的英语书面和口头沟通能力,能够与内部和外部利益相关者(包括志愿者和会员)有效合作。 • 优先考虑具备社交媒体管理经验的候选人,能够在在线平台上领导和创新。 • 拥有学士学位,至少5-7年相关专业经验,优先考虑在跨国公司或协会环境中工作过的人。 • 熟练使用标准化办公设备和特定计算机软件(包括Microsoft Office中的Word、Excel和PowerPoint)。 • 拥有举办大型会议和活动经验的优先
