- Position Summary / 职位概述： The process engineer for this position is responsible for all aspects of designing and verification the production process for new product development projects or providing lifecycle support on existing products, and improves the product in terms of cost, quality, and performance. The process engineer needs to ensure the stability of manufacturing process, lead or participate in factory automation, Kaizen and Lean improvement projects. Job Responsibility / 工作职责： 1.Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts, manufacturing processes, tooling and pro-duction capabilities, assembly methods and quality control standards. 2.New product import, plan, schedule, assign and supervise work of production processes assigned. 3.Coach, train, and direct personnel to obtain optimum output & results. 4.Support the drawings and BOM and Routes. 5.Support the sample making and schedule. 6.Create factory machine routings. 7.Improve and update technologic documents and standard work instruction for operator. 8.Set up routing for new product, and execute the engineering change management strictly. 9.Process cost analysis and estimate, and support reference data. 10.Trouble shooting and problem solving for quality claim and quality issues from work floor and suppliers. 11.Active participate Lean activities and 5S practices on workshop, develop new process, layout and technology, Lead Kaizen project. 12.Other related tasks assigned by supervisor or department. Qualifications/ 任职资格： 1.BS Degree in industrial or mechanical engineering or equivalent degree. 2.Minimum 5 years of pneumatic/electric cylinder related experience required. Prefer Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, FMEAs, and quality systems experience. 3.Good command of English understanding both in writing and speaking. 4.Strong computer skills required to efficiently utilize Word, Excel, Power Point and Proficient in Auto CAD. 5.Hard working, teamwork, and strong communication skills.
