Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff scheduling. 2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and meet or exceed sales targets. 3. Ensure exceptional customer service by training and motivating staff to deliver a memorable shopping experience. 4. Monitor inventory levels and oversee merchandise replenishment to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize out-of-stock situations. 5. Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and develop action plans accordingly. 6. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment in accordance with company standards. 7. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. 8. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes teamwork, communication, and employee engagement. 9. Manage payroll and expenses within budgetary guidelines, seeking cost-saving opportunities where possible. 10. Implement and enforce store policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and loss prevention. 11. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing any concerns or feedback in a timely and professional manner. 12. Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to execute promotions, marketing initiatives, and other strategic initiatives. 13. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to remain competitive in the retail landscape. 14. Serve as a brand ambassador and uphold company values and standards at all times. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of success in driving sales and profitability. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset. - Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and point-of-sale (POS) systems. - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. - Knowledge of retail industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
