OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB As the HR supervisor, you will be responsible for the overall human management tasks, you will work closely with the business team on talent recruitment and management support, HR operation tasks management, employee relationship and engagement management. The HR Supervisor’s responsibility including but not limited to the following: Talent Acquisition •Develop and optimise recruitment channel to attract candidates •Collaborate with business team leaders on interview process, provide professional HR advice. •Optimise recruitment process to improve recruitment efficiency for both salaried and hourly employee. •Collect recruitment related data and generate report accordingly. •Recruitment of company open positions HR Operations Management •Build up employee service process, ensure the process implementation with high standards from both efficiency and experience point of view. •Provide in-time and professional feedback to employees including but not limited to: HR policies, process, data, system and platforms. •Work closely with business team on the early warning of current process potential risks, capable of problem analysis and solving, propose reasonable solutions and drive for better employee experience. •Maintain human data in the HR system, and take charge of monthly payroll data check and confirm, ensure the accuracy and timeliness of payroll calculation elements. E-HR System Management & HR Digitalization support •Support the induction of new E-HR system •Responsible for HR system data routine management Employee engagement and relationship management •Support the organisation of employee engagement activities •Responsible for addressing employee disputes, including but not limited to investigation, employee talk, lawyer consultant etc. •Support the implementation of talent management activities •Support the learning and training activities implementation. Other tasks assigned by leader Requirement of candidates •More than 10 years multi-functional human resource management skills in a manufacturing or 3PL Logistics industry. •College Degree or above, human resource or related major. •Solid experience in C&B module and ER module is a must. Solid Hands on experience in employee life cycle management, attendance and payroll calculation and employee disputes handling is a must. •Experience as an HR Business Partner that supports the top leader of an organisation on overall human resource management. •Profound knowledge in Chinese government labour laws and regulations. •Experience and skills in Talent Acquisition module, Talent Development module and Performance Management module is preferred. •Knowledge and skills in HRIS systems is a plus. •Knowledge or experience in Talent Management Programs including but not limited to talent mapping, success planning, etc. is a plus. •Good communication and interpersonal skills, an impact leader with ability to drive change in an effective and participative manner. •Good analytical and problem solving skills, can think out of box. Resourceful and innovative. •High send of ownership, strong integrity and work ethic. Able to work under pressure. •Ability to support multiple locations and a remote workforce. Willingness to travel as required.
