Responsibility: Starting from the realization of brand benefits and guided by meeting the needs of target consumer groups, from the perspective of marketing, a series of planning and management of products from scratch to sale to consumers (planning, design, development, procurement, production, sales) are achieved through clear positioning of products, product combination strategies, and product lifecycle management. (Collect various available information to plan and combine into a valuable commodity)   Main responsibility: l Regularly visit offline markets, comprehensively analyze the overall environment and fashion trend of clothing, collect information on popular trends, best-selling element styles, trendy fabrics. l Be responsible for the product structure, SKU Plans by seasons, months and weeks in multiple dimensions (category proportion, price band, color etc.) according to the market demand and historical sales, so as to promote the growth of the product line. l According to the procurement budget, make the product procurement plan, and control the supplementary orders in the sales process. l Determine the product delivery date according to seasons, holidays, regions, etc l Make quick response by referring to the popular trend and competitive products and combining the characteristics of its own brand to build hot style. l Repeat orders: according to product sales performance and time-to-market, makes plans on repeat orders. l Make milestone for relevant departments of merchandise flow of the brand to ensure the rhythm of product design, production, delivery and selling out.   Data analysis l Weekly and monthly sales analysis, providing guidance and Suggestions for the operation department's product launching rhythm, hot style creation, hot style replenishment, etc l Quarterly sales analysis, competitive product analysis and market analysis, and put forward suggestions on the design direction of product line and design details of key categories of the design department   Communication and collaboration l Frequent communication is required between the company's internal design, production, technology, operation, BI and other departments during work. l Analyze and solve problems based on results, arrange time reasonably and communicate effectively Requirements: l More than 8 years of experience in product planning for well-known clothing brands, able to develop product strategies and structures through data analysis; l Familiar with knowledge related to product planning, product operation processes, product analysis, product lifecycle, supply chain management, etc; l Having a good understanding of the latest fashion news and trends, with a solid foundation in art and a keen sense of color balance. l Proficient in Excel, PPT and other office tools l Overseas study or work experience is preferred l Strong at data analyses ability and eager to learn about products l Good commercial sense
