职位介绍: Key Duties and Responsibilities: 1.To assist the management in executing the duties of student counselling, mainly including providing support and counselling (i.e. individual, group and/or family therapy) to students in need, following up on student cases by collaborating with relevant parties. 2.To assist the management in executing the duties of student development, mainly including planning and implementing various whole-person development programs, seeking and carrying out external cooperation and project development for whole-person education. 3.To supervise student societies. 4.To handle emergencies and other student affairs matters. 5.To assist in the administrative work of the College office. Qualifications and Requirements: 1.Bachelor degree or above; 2.At least three-year working experience. Relevant work experience would be advantageous; 3.Excellent writing and communication skills in both Chinese and English; 4.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; 5.Ability to work independently, initiatively and resourcefully to take full responsibilities for completing tasks; 6.Passionate about the mission of education with a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit; 7.Candidates with previous experiences in management of student affairs, crisis intervention, project management, education, or counselling/social work would be advantageous.
