What you’ll do: • Enablement practice by contributing to the creation of effective business development and market expansion strategies in relation to automative R&D, homologation relevant topics. • Analysis China-specific technical and legal process requirements according to different China standard • Define the R&D division process structure and conduct the process standard according to the design • Set up the implementation and deployment plan for the company-level process establishment • Collaborate with various business owners from clients to establish the R&D process in cross-entity level • Ensure the deliverables for client compliances with laws, regulations, standards and client’s internal guidelines • Collaborating and navigating complex decision-making in an iterative environment and assuring that the deliveries are done in time and according to the order agreed upon • Coaching associate consultants on core consulting skills and subjects with past experience. • Actively cooperate with senior leadership and the team to drive the business with innovation oriented. We want you to have: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in software engineering, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, electrical engineering or a related field. • 3+ years’ experience in automotive development, including strong management consulting experience in the automotive and product management domain, with a focus on R&D process ownership. • Familiar with the vehicle part development and whole vehicle data management from both development and production perspective • Deep understanding of automotive development processes, milestones release process, configuration management etc. • Knowledge of UNECE R155, R1-5-6 and China GB technical requirement for software updated of vehicles (nice to have) • Familiarity with automotive standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., Automotive SPICE, V-Model, agile development). • Outstanding project management skills and organization skills, proven ability to drive and deliver automotive related projects. • Strong English language skills for seamless communication and proficient writing of relevant documents • German language is desired.
