- Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: Develop and manage proper internal business operation systems to provide best support to Account Head to achieve KPI goals and understand regions/branches performance Key Responsibilities: - Support account team for target breaking down into branches or stores - Support for BLR POS target setting and maintains - Follow reporting process to collect and provide regular sales performance e.g. weekly performance, monthly L1 data and market competitor information through account team, Hana, or other resources - Have effective communication with sales team to ensure all aligned strategy and plan are well communicated and executed - Provide a consistent and reliable point of contact between account team and other functional team. - Provide supports to team in reporting, data management and analysis, future order management and admin
