In This Role You'll Make an Impact By • Work on PoC of beverage innovative ideas, support the beverage innovation pipeline filling • Execute and/or drive selected beverage innovation projects in early stage, design and plan experiment plan and guide the lab people on the implementa-tion • Support the projects commercialization via close collaboration with ITM/ITS • Keep close communication with global stakeholders, undertake relevant project investigation or technology development tasks in China • Understand the industry application processes, identify potential application area and support define the value proposition for customers • Responsible for planning and execution of work in accordance with guidelines from TSM's, and communication of the results • Participate the PoC evaluation of early innovation ideas, contribute to the pipeline filling with solid technical conclusions • Execute early-stage projects, deliver and communicate reliable results to ITM/ITS and support the customer verification and commercialization via close collaboration • Follow new technology development in the industry and introduce into the project/team when needed • Under guidance from application manager, keep close cooperation with global beverage AR and TS team, undertake the tasks from global to benefit global and regional capability development needs • Contribute to AB by identifying technical projects or new product which can address industrial pain points together with beverage IGN • Continuously develop professional competency and individual skills • Supervise the lab colleague for trial implementation to generate reliable experimental results • Secure that all work is performed in accordance with the quality and safety guidelines in the department. To succeed in this role, your profile could be • Science degree, preferably master or PhD in food science, food processing, beverage product processing or adjacent fields. • At least 3 years in F&B technical team, preferably with beverage experiences & enzyme/ yeast/ bacteria background • Excellent communication skills, positive collaborative attitude and working agility • Be curious towards new technologies and new trends, dare to break the stereotype • Strong customer centricity mindset and drive for creating results • Fluent English oral and written communication • Be flexible for potential travelling domestically or abroad according to projects requirement • Quickly learn and understand broad and segmented beverage applications • Translate ambiguous customer requirements into innovation targets and develop solution • Ability to fast conclude on certain ideas with a smart experiment design and data analysis with good rational, to optimize the resources investment Could our purpose be yours?
