职位介绍: Main responsibilities: • Application Lifecycle management o Contribute to the whole application lifecycle, from analysis , configuration and delivery to the maintenance and retirement for BI&A products. o Guarantee that IT applications are aligned with Ferrero’s business strategy and ensure quality of delivery. • Subject Matter Expertise o Act as a subject matter expert within your functional domains. o Perform the functional application design in accordance with the IT Global Architecture and business needs with particular focus on data governance, data lineage and data modelling. o Performs the quality assurance on software developments and configurations. • Requirements Gathering and Solution Design o Supports the IT account manager and Region Demand Manager in the demand collection process, working with business users to collect business requirements, identify the most appropriate IT solutions and evaluate the technical feasibility. o Work with Platform Leaders, Project Mangers, Demand and Portfolio Managers, BI&A Technical Solution Architects and other Application Architects to design and support application projects. o Assure together with project teams (for specific projects that are been implemented) that the necessary validation is happing during UAT phase engaging the business representatives with project manager. o Analyze and advise for possible impact in existing solution and act to avoid and overcome the impacts with new projects/improvement implementation . • Application Support and Maintenance o Work closely with business partners and the entire IT Organization to ensure applications are available, supported and maintained according to business requirements. o Align with the IT Support Model and collaborate with Global IT Services • Vendor evaluation and Relationship Management o Maintain constructive relationships with suppliers to evaluate vendor offerings against business requirements, constraints and priorities. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering or Business Management • The candidate should be familiar with data governance, data modelling and BI&Analytics architectures. • Previous experience in a similar role preferably in FMCG sector • Strong knowledge on business processes and business intelligence solutions within FMCG or retail • Knowledge on cloud deployment models and experience in architecting and implementing BI & Analytics solutions in a cloud environment. • Strong knowledge on Azure Data services like: Data modelling and representation in Power BI Data storage technologies like Azure Data Lake and SQL databases (Azure SQL, Synapse, SQL Server) Data processing technologies like Azure Data Factory and Databricks • Experience in BI&A solutions that interact with SAP backend systems and external cloud data/service providers is also welcome. • Basic Knowledge in Informatica ETL and Data Quality tools will be a plus. • Project Management skills are a plus. • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) • Advanced or Fluent in English is mandatory.
