YOUR ROLE * Develop black steel and aluminum surface treatment biz of general industry in north China, including Huabei, Dongbei, Shandong districts; Timely know new potential customers and develop new customers high efficiently every year. * Maintain the current customers effectively; * Collect the debt from customers on time; * Good sales excellence. * Based in Tianjin or Beijing, responsible for the biz in north China. * 50% of NES via distributor. * YOUR ROLE CAN OFFER YOU * Better career path. * Sales skills improvement and enhancement. * More on-job-coaching opportunities and exposure to the new customers/industries. Qualifications： YOUR SKILLS * 3-5 relevant working experience in surface treatment or paints; * Chemistry major and bachelor degree are preferred; * Have a good sales sense and excellent communication/expression skills. And also have good logical thinking ability. * Diligent and willing to have business trip frequently; * Excellent in speaking and writing in English.
