- Job purpose / Mission 1) Responsible for Group MDM system and local SAP system product master data maintenance job by coworking with stakeholders (eg. MKT, Finance and IT team) to ensure smooth operation and data accuracy. 2) Set up new process with cross functional teams (eg. MKT, Finance, IT) to fit new business request. 3) Participants in Savencia group new master data system “YODA” development project to ensure new system successfully launch in China. Responsibilities and Main Tasks 1) To lead Master data management job (new creation or modification) for finish goods in Group system and local SAP systems. Coworking with stakeholders (eg. MKT, Finance, and IT team) to ensure smooth operation and data accuracy. 2) To lead purchasing price management (new creation or modification) for finish goods by coworking with MKT team in local SAP system. 3) To monitor product status (active or delist) in local SAP system by coworking with MKT team. 4) Set up new process to fit new business request (eg. new products launch process). 5) Work with Group MDM team on “YODA” project (to be launch in 2025-2026). Join global meeting when necessary. 6) Lead or support any project or business change request which link to master data. 7) Prepare tracking reports or presentation as required. 8) Contribute China expertise and technical support to other Asian countries. Required profile - More than 6 years MDM experience is Required. - People manager experience is Preferred. - SAP/MRP system experience is Required. - Working experience in food industry or FMCG is Required, shelf-life management experience is Preferred. - Project management experience is Required. - Good English in both oral and written. - Excel tools Word/Excel/PowerPoint is MUST. - Good communication skill and influence skill, cross functional team management skill is Required. - Positive attitude, Self-motivated, be proactive, can work under pressure and quick learner, strong ownership.
